Frame floor: 

under high temperature and pressure, inject the PPR into wood material base board such as HDF or particle board to form a perfect plastic locking system .

Features of frame floor: 

1. Separate the core board from the air, more water and moisture resistant, less shrinkage, expansion.

2. Plastic frame covered the core, formaldehyde emission is almost zero .

3. In warm weather area, frame floor will not go moldy like normal floors.

4. Plastic frame protect the core board from colliding, which is life-long last .

5. No squeaking .

Frame material: PPR = polypropylene random.

Characteristics: 

1. main component are H and C, poisonless .

2. heat and pressure resistance, under 20 centi degrees can use over 100 years .

3. heat preservation, only 1/200 of steel .

4. not expand, moister resistant, density is about 0.9g/cm3; very steady .
